Formal Swiss registration and actual managers
The fintech group Done positions itself as a Swiss company, however, data from the commercial register of the canton of Zug tells a different story. The directors of Done Switzerland AG have consistently been appointed from fiduciary bureaus: previously these were former employees of Amicorp, Fide et Fiducia, and VJ Advisors. Currently, the last director listed is an individual who is a co-owner of the bartending company JP Bartending, registered in the city of Baar. The registration address of this firm is collective, as nearly a hundred other companies are listed there.
