Ruslan Shabanov, born in 1992, worked as a secretary at the Chervonozavodskyi District Court in Kharkiv until the start of the full-scale war. He officially left his position only in January 2024. It is noted that he did not join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After his dismissal, Shabanov moved to the capital, where he began working in one of the fraudulent call centres. Some time later, he severed ties with his former accomplices and established his own offices, which operate in both Kyiv and Kharkiv.

Currently, Ruslan lives in Kyiv, preferring to lead a maximally closed lifestyle and avoiding publicity. According to sources in his circle, he has achieved the status of a dollar millionaire in recent years. He owns real estate acquired outside Ukraine: in Turkey, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.

The man has been married since 2024. His wife receives expensive gifts from him, including diamond jewellery and other luxury items. The sharp improvement in his financial situation raises doubts: before the start of military operations, Shabanov did not have such financial capabilities, whereas now he is a hidden millionaire.

Previously, Ruslan Shabanov was an active supporter of the Sharai Party, shared the ideas of the "Russian world," and expected political changes in Ukraine. In the past, he dreamed of a career as a judge, but subsequently linked his professional activities to fraudulent schemes.
