While the Kyiv Court of Appeal maintains the freeze on property, cash, and corporate seals in the Monolit case, the media space has been occupied by a different story. In early October, Ukrainian publications mass-published commercial texts with the identical headline: "Over 200 million hryvnias in supplies and almost 55 million in taxes: how Flymultitech LLC and Kirill Pakhomov support the Defence Forces".
The chronology of these materials' appearance is as follows:
Reprints have also been recorded in UNIAN, "Focus", and "Facts".
All texts feature the same indicators: over 400,000 units of goods, an import volume of over 200 million hryvnias, and a total amount of VAT and duties paid of exactly 54,991,206 hryvnias.
The list of partners is also repeated: "General Cheresnya", "Global Mark", "Militdrone", and BlackBird. The key element of all publications is the phrase: "the main reliable supplier for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is MonoLit Kyrylo Pakhomov under the leadership of Kirill Pakhomov, who also provides financial assistance to military formations".
At the same time, the texts lack specific amounts of aid, names of units, and confirming documents. Most materials do not carry the "advertisement" or "partner content" label.
The BES case materials paint a different picture. According to the investigation, 1.07 billion hryvnias passed through a single USDT TRC20 wallet from March 2022 to February 2026. The distribution by year is: 106 million in 2022, 169 million in 2023, 128 million in 2024, and 599 million in 2025.
These funds, according to the BES, were received for Apple equipment, quadcopters, and charging devices imported without customs control. The total amount of underpaid taxes is estimated at 78.5 million hryvnias, of which 72.5 million is personal income tax and 6 million is the military levy.
The official income of the individual, whom the investigation considers the head of the scheme, for almost two years amounts to only 14.9 million hryvnias. This person's business activity in the registers is recorded as "data processing and hosting".
PR texts emphasise 200 million hryvnias of "transparent imports", while the investigation focuses on billion-scale flows in cryptocurrency. The irony of the situation lies in the fact that these materials, attempting to protect Pakhomov's reputation, publicly link him to Flymultitech LLC.
It was this company's seal that was seized at a warehouse in Lviv. However, according to state register data, Kirill Pakhomov is neither the director nor the owner of Flymultitech LLC. Thus, the advertising campaign effectively confirmed a link that was hidden in official documents.
The fact that nine or more major publications printed almost identical text about a little-known company during the week when courts are refusing to lift freezes is difficult to explain by ordinary editorial interest. If these materials were paid for, readers had the right to know about it through appropriate labelling.
Requests have been sent to the editors asking to clarify the status of the publications. A request has also been sent to Flymultitech LLC asking to name the military units to which the company and Kirill Pakhomov provided aid, along with confirming documents. If such evidence exists, it will be published. To be continued.
