Head of Sfilm LLC received state funds while serving as a competitive selection expert

On 29–30 October, the State "Centre for the Protection of Ukraine's Information Space" transferred 107.85 million UAH in advance payments to the winners of the "Thousand Springs" programme.

Project funding and the head's role

Among the recipients of the funds is Sfilm LLC, which was allocated 14.5 million UAH for the production of the series "Strictly Professional Relationships". The total volume of state support for this project is 32.4 million UAH.

The company's head and owner, Anastasia Chichmarenko, is simultaneously included in the government's list of competitive selection experts. This raises the question of a conflict of interest.
