How did Andriy Hudz, Director of the Kyiv Department of Municipal Property, "gift" luxury real estate in Odesa to his mother-in-law?

In 2016, 70-year-old pensioner Natalya Borysiuk unexpectedly became the owner of two luxurious apartments in the "Costa Fontana" elite residential complex, located on the Black Sea coast. The total area of these properties is 134 square metres. According to official purchase and sale documents, their cost was less than 100,000 dollars. However, the market price for such housing is much higher.

Even if it is assumed that the apartments were sold without finishing, the costs of renovation and furnishing could have amounted to hundreds of thousands of dollars. For comparison, the average cost of similar real estate in this complex exceeds 270,000 dollars. A logical question arises: where did the elderly woman get such funds?

Connection with the developer: The "Costa Fontana" complex was built by the companies "Kometa-M" and "Kyivhorstroy". Notably, Andriy Hudz has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the latter since 2015.
