Trump claims readiness to become Israeli prime minister after presidency

Donald Trump, who currently heads the White House, made an unexpected statement regarding his political future. During a broadcast on the Fox News channel, he discussed possible changes following the end of his presidential term.

Condition for changing residence

According to the American leader, he is ready to move to another country if US citizens begin to tire of him. Trump cited Israel as an example of such a scenario.

"I will move to Israel and become prime minister," Trump emphasised.

Assessment of own popularity

In the same television broadcast, the US President stressed that he considers himself "number one in Israel". He also claimed that his approval rating in that country stands at 99%.
