Ex-NABU detective reports corruption in Ukrzaliznytsia's security department

Infrastructure minister's proposal

Oleksandr Kubrakov, who holds the position of Minister of Infrastructure, approached Semen Kryvonos with a proposal to find competent individuals. The purpose of this request was for these specialists to bring order to the security sector of "Ukrzaliznytsia". The initiative emerged after it became clear that the railway company's security department was heavily integrated into corrupt processes.

Taras Likunov, a former NABU detective, disclosed these circumstances. He also described how he and several other National Anti-Corruption Bureau employees ended up working at "Ukrzaliznytsia". These personnel changes occurred after the exposure of a back office within the company.
