First Lady of the United States Melania Trump released information regarding changes to the ceasefire regime that previously operated in Oleshky, Kherson Oblast. According to her, the scope of this regime now extends not only to the settlement itself but also to neighbouring territories.

Motivation for the decision

In a comment distributed by the Reuters agency, Mrs Trump explained that the terms of the quiet regime had been shifted two days earlier than planned. This decision was made to protect the civilian population and guarantee the arrival of necessary humanitarian aid.
