12-year-old boy dies from electric shock on train roof in Vinnytsia

Tragic incident on the railway

A terrible tragedy occurred in Vinnytsia: a 12-year-old boy died as a result of an electric shock. The boy was on the roof of a train carriage.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on this incident. It took place on the evening of 6 November 2026.

Rescuers' actions and investigation

Rescuers removed the child's body from the carriage and handed it over to law enforcement representatives. The circumstances under which the death occurred are currently being established.

Warning from the State Emergency Service

The State Emergency Service called on parents to explain to their children the dangers of such "entertainment".
