Beskrestnov explains tactical advantage of launching Bandirol missiles from the air

Serhiy Beskrestnov, adviser to the President of Ukraine, known by the callsign "Flash", published a video online showing the launch of Russian Bandirol missiles from an aerial platform – a helicopter.

Specifics of the application tactics

In a comment to the video, Beskrestnov emphasised the specificity of this method of striking targets. According to him, using aerial carriers to launch these missiles gives them advantages over Shahed jet drones.

«Такий спосіб запуску є однією з переваг деяких бюджетних ракет порівняно з реактивними "Шахедами". Такі ракети можна доставляти поблизу наших кордонів і запускати їх із різних точок» (This method of launch is one of the advantages of some budget missiles compared to jet "Shaheds". Such missiles can be delivered close to our borders and launched from various points), the presidential adviser noted.
