Kyiv partially restores water supply after overnight works, network pressure rising

Water is gradually returning to Kyiv residents' taps. Following overnight technical works, resource supply in the capital has only been partially restored. Currently, engineers' main focus is on increasing pressure in the network.

Overnight works and current network status

According to information published by the Kyiv City State Administration press centre, specialists worked without interruption throughout the night. The process of restoring water supply in all districts of the city has not yet been completed. Experts are continuing technical operations aimed at increasing pressure in the water system to restore water supply in all city districts.

Organising water access for residents

Alternative provision is arranged for residents of districts where water supply has not yet been established. Starting from 8:00 on the morning of 4 November, water fountains in these locations will be connected to generators.
