Investigation of links with Moscow

German law enforcement agencies are thoroughly investigating possible cooperation between the Berlin criminal group 'Dalltons' and Russian special services. According to the publication Welt, this group is suspected of involvement in the arson of Starlink terminals.

Control of the leader by the Russian Federation

Investigators believe that the probable leader of the gang, Beratjan Gökdemir, who was detained in Russia in 2024, was released shortly thereafter. Currently, law enforcement officials assume that Gökdemir may be in Moscow and directing the group's activities under the control of Russian special services.

The criminal structure's links with Russian intelligence remain the subject of active verification.
