Review of criteria after unsuccessful selection

The competition committee unanimously adopted a decision to change the rules during the selection process for the head of the Agency for the Implementation of Large Infrastructure Projects (ARMA). This change was a consequence of the first stage of the competition ending without the appointment of a new head.

Previously, Viktor Dubovyk, who holds a position in the Office of the President, was the sole finalist. However, he failed to secure the necessary support from the committee members, which led to the collapse of the process.

New rules for admission to testing

According to the updated regulations, candidates are automatically admitted to cognitive testing regardless of the number of points obtained in the legislative knowledge check. The main criterion for advancing to this stage is only appearing for the exam and completing it on time.

A threshold of 55 points has been set for advancing to the next stage. The overall ranking of participants will be formed using the following weighting coefficients: 60% will be assigned for the results of the legislative testing, and 40% for cognitive ability indicators.

Schedule for resubmission of documents

The acceptance of documents for participation in the new round of the competition will run from 26 October to 26 November 2026.
