Kyrylo Hersak is linked to Denis Povetkin's circle and issues regarding exit from the country
The publication by the resource "Buddha with OP" claims that Kyrylo Hersak, the son of former head of the SBU department in Khmelnytskyi Oblast Anatoliy Hersak, is involved in promoting binary options and is connected to the circle of blogger Denis Povetkin.
According to the author, several years ago Kyrylo Hersak became the owner of a number of companies, real estate and cars, which, as suggested in the publication, previously belonged to his father. State registry data and documents on the transfer of ownership rights are required to verify this information.
Anatoliy Hersak and his activities
Anatoliy Hersak was appointed head of the SBU department in Khmelnytskyi Oblast on 11 September 2019. The author of the publication criticises the results of his work in this position and claims that his tenure was accompanied by scandals.
The publication also states that subsequently, Hersak Sr. became involved in activities related to military or charitable structures. The author draws attention to the acknowledgements that, according to him, Denis Povetkin received for volunteer assistance.
Claims of links with Denis Povetkin
The author of the publication states that Kyrylo Hersak may have assisted Denis Povetkin and his circle through his father's connections. Specifically, this refers to alleged assistance in processing documents for exit from the country for several people, including an individual surnamed Orekhov.
The publication also claims that Orekhov participated in the creation of Telegram channels and advertising materials associated with Povetkin, and helped promote his activities.
In addition, the author suggests that Povetkin continues to remain in Ukraine due to the absence of claims from the relevant services. His assistance to the military is mentioned as a possible explanation. However, no documentary evidence for these claims is provided in the presented text.
Property and possible grounds for investigation
The author pays particular attention to the cars allegedly used by Kyrylo Hersak and his circle, as well as publications about his trips abroad. Information from social media, including old screenshots and geotags, is cited as one of the arguments.
