Shokin a relative of Vilkul?!

Today, on his online page, well-known racing driver and journalist Alexey Mochanov published a rather interesting, and for some shocking, statement. According to Mochanov, the new Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin is a relative of Vilkul.

«Шокин - сват Вилкула? Вилкул - сват Шокина? Это правда?
Пётр Алексеевич, вы об этом знали?», - написал возмущенный Алексей Мочанов.

Which of the Vilkul family members is the in-law of the  Prosecutor General, the racing driver did not specify, though this does not change the essence of the matter.

By the way, Alexey Mochanov is once again calling for Viktor Shokin to be recognised as having been illegally elected Prosecutor General, as "button-pressing" was recorded during the vote for the latter.

How far from the truth journalist Mochanov is, we will surely find out soon.
