Son of former tax official Kondratyuk flees abroad

Roman Kondratyuk, co-founder and director of the advertising agency Senate agency, left Ukraine after the start of the full-scale invasion to avoid mobilisation. 

According to information obtained by journalists from 368.media, the son of former Deputy Head of the Western Interregional Directorate of the State Tax Service, Sergey Kondratyuk, currently resides in the US.

Roman Kondratyuk and his partner, Serhiy Lesko, founded Senate agency (Senate Agency LLC) and a number of other commercial entities focused on the advertising market in 2020. However, alongside his business, the entrepreneur is allegedly involved in other schemes related to the concealment of assets.

Hidden assets and declaration fraud

An investigation by anti-corruption bodies confirmed that Kondratyuk Jr. helped his father avoid declaring real estate. Specifically, the former tax official failed to disclose that he actually resided in a 57.8 sq m apartment in Lviv, registered in the name of a certain Maria Shpelik. Formally, his son lived there, but no official rental agreement was provided.

Despite claiming to be registered in Lviv, Kondratyuk received a salary from Senate agency in 2023, where he served as director. The company's office was located in Kyiv, which raises doubts about the veracity of information regarding his place of residence.

Preparations for departure and a new chapter in the US

On 29 September 2023, the entrepreneur granted his father a power of attorney to manage all his assets, and left Ukraine on 13 October. He has not returned since.

Currently, Kondratyuk lives in the US with his girlfriend, Tetyana Hresyuk. The young man, who is of mobilisation age, has no illnesses, is actively involved in sports, consumes alcohol, and purchases expensive cars. However, he apparently has no desire to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
