In Dnipro, deputy Krasnov has been accused of appropriating the results of work carried out with public funds

A conflict has arisen in Dnipro over work to prepare an apartment building for the winter period. In a post by “Dnipro OPERATIVNIY”, deputy Zagid Gabibullaev Krasnov was accused of presenting work completed at the expense of the city budget as the result of his own efforts.

According to the authors of the post, solar panels and energy equipment were installed in one of the buildings. The message states that approximately 90% of the cost of the work was paid for from the Dnipro budget, while the remaining 10% of the funds were collected by the building's residents through the Homeowners' Association (OSBB).

The authors claim that after the work was completed, Krasnov visited the OSBB and recorded video footage in which, according to their version, he presented the installation of the equipment as his own achievement.

The post also contains accusations directed at the deputy and the OSBB leadership. The authors suggest that using the results of work paid for primarily from the city budget for political purposes may have legal implications. However, the post does not cite any specific decisions by law enforcement agencies or the court regarding this incident.

Previous accusations

The authors of the material also link Krasnov to similar cases which, according to them, occurred previously in Dnipro.

In particular, this refers to courtyard renovations in the Amur-Nizhnedniprovs'kyy district. According to the authors of the post, representatives of Krasnov's political organisation used clothing with the party's symbols during the work and presented the improvement of the territories as the result of the political team's activities.

The post claims that information about such objects was previously posted on the political organisation's website with specific addresses indicated.
