Court decision on preventive measure

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HAC) ruled to reduce the amount of bail for Ramiz Ramazanov, adviser to Ukraine's permanent mission to the UN office in Geneva. The amount of the preventive measure was reduced from 8 million to 2 million hryvnia. This decision was made within the framework of a criminal proceeding in which the suspect is accused of embezzling over 37 million hryvnia in donations intended to support Ukraine.

Business and family ties

Ramiz Ramazanov is the son of Ali Ramazanov, former owner of the construction company "Navihatorspetsbud". In his professional activities, the younger Ramazanov acted as a junior partner and former assistant to Valeriy Borisov.
