Identity of participant in clashes in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka established: suspect in fraud and corruption cases

Journalists have identified one of the participants in the confrontation, known as a "medic," who took part in the events in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. He turned out to be 36-year-old Kyiv resident Viktor Yena.

Criminal past and administrative violations

According to court registry data, criminal proceedings have already been opened against Viktor Yena for fraud and the illegal acquisition of state funds (corruption). In addition to criminal liability, the man has numerous administrative offences. These include petty hooliganism, causing a traffic accident, driving a vehicle while intoxicated, and being in a state of intoxication, despite his status as a military serviceman.

Business activities

Viktor Yena is also the head of the limited liability company "ViYash". The enterprise was registered in April 2022. The company lists over 50 types of activities in its registry, with international activities specified as the main economic activity code (KVED).

Other figures in the events

Among the participants in the incident, Andriy Rachok was also spotted, who at the time was conducting a live broadcast. It is known that Rachok is a long-time associate of pro-Russian provocateur Ostap Stakhiv. In addition, Andriy Rachok was involved in the case concerning the toppling of the Hanukkah menorah on Kontraktova Square in Kyiv, which took place in December 2020.
