Mobile devices that SBU general Serhiy Duka attempted to destroy using an axe appeared in court. This was reported by the prosecution representative.

During the hearing, prosecutor of the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office Mykola Karas demonstrated these phones to the court. He emphasised that the incident occurred during the conduct of a search.

Request to review the video

The prosecutor urged the judge to review the video recording of the investigative actions. This is necessary to clarify all the circumstances of the situation and determine who exactly acted as a representative there, and how exactly the threat of destruction of physical evidence was realised.
