Consequences of enemy shelling in Kirovohrad region

On the evening of 21 October, Russian forces struck the territory of Kropyvnytskyi district. As a result, fire engulfed warehouse buildings. The incident was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Rescue units arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire.

Conditions for rescue operations

Firefighters' work was complicated by two factors: the significant area of the fire and the risk of a repeat attack by the Russian armed forces. Despite these obstacles, the crews managed to localise the fire.

At present, the elimination of the fire's consequences is ongoing. Rescuers remain at the scene to completely stop the burning and prevent the spread of the fire.

Status of casualties

Preliminary data from the State Emergency Service indicates that there were no deaths or injuries as a result of this shelling.
