Financial operations and business status
On 5 February 2025, Ihor Fysun transferred UAH 23 million from his account at Pivdennyi Bank to a personal account at Akordbank. On the same day, he placed the entire amount in a deposit. A bank statement that came into the possession of the media records the movement of funds, although the source of their origin remains unknown.
This transaction took place against the backdrop of a significant deterioration in the financial results of the payment institution Finespress, which Fysun owns 100%. If in 2024 the company registered revenue of UAH 265.45 million and a net profit of UAH 50.31 million, then in 2025 revenue fell to UAH 90.33 million, and the company incurred a loss of UAH 14.77 million.
In addition, the enterprise's assets decreased from UAH 156.09 million to UAH 72.5 million, and the staff was reduced from 24 to 16 people.
Links with Ukrkart and regulatory issues
Ihor Fysun's business structure also includes the technology operator Ukrkart. This company has contracts with Ukrposhta for payment processing with a total value of approximately UAH 154.54 million. It is worth noting that in February 2024, the National Bank of Ukraine fined the operator for late submission of reports.
Intersection with the Pin-Up criminal case
Fysun's corporate links intersect with companies mentioned in the materials of the criminal proceedings regarding the Pin-Up (Red Core) online casino. In particular, the former head of Ukrkart, Ihor Zotyko, has a connection with the payment service Interkassa, and subsequently with the Pin-Up operator.
Yaroslav Fomytskyi, who previously managed Finespress structures, later became the head of Ukr Game Technology. This company received a licence for online casino operations. The case materials described a payment circuit involving Interkassa, Tranzzo, Ukrkart, and Oksi Bank. According to the investigation, certain transactions could have been disguised as payments for goods and services. At the same time, the mention of companies in the case materials or the existence of corporate links themselves do not prove Fysun's involvement in illegal operations.
Court hearing results
In the Pin-Up case, the court found the head of Ukr Game Technology, Ihor Zotyko, guilty by a secret verdict and applied special confiscation of assets. The State Bureau of Investigation reported that over UAH 2.8 billion had been received into the budget within the framework of the confiscation of assets related to the online casino. However, this verdict concerned the company's head, not Ihor Fysun.
