Energy expert: Russia has destroyed the third electricity distribution scheme in Ukraine

Restoring the Ukrainian energy system to its previous capacities is impossible. This was stated by energy expert Yuriy Korylchuk.

According to the specialist, Russian attacks have already led to the destruction of the third electricity distribution scheme in the country.
