Ukrainians will soon have access to a new tool for finding jobs in the public sector. The Ministry of Digital Transformation is announcing the launch of the Diia.Office service, which will allow users to find vacancies in institutions and submit applications directly through the Diia app.

The ministry's press service announced the preparation of this feature. The department emphasised that the main goal of the project is to make the employment process in government bodies as transparent and accessible as possible. In terms of user interaction, the new service is designed to resemble well-known online job search platforms.

Functionality of the future service

After the implementation of Diia.Office, citizens will be able to perform the following actions:

  • view current job offers in government agencies;
  • review employment terms and requirements for candidates;
  • create a new resume or upload an existing document;
  • submit applications for selected positions.

The ministry assures that the procedure will be clear, convenient, and open to all candidates. The Ministry of Digital Transformation also thanked Members of Parliament for their support of the bill that created the legal prerequisites for the launch of Diia.Office.

Launch status and context

A specific date for the service's launch has not yet been announced. The Ministry of Digital Transformation will publish detailed information about the tool's capabilities later.

It is worth noting that Ukraine has already begun pilot beta testing for processing two types of benefits through the Diia app: maternity benefits for uninsured women and childcare benefits for children under one year old. The monthly amount of each basic benefit is 7,000 UAH, while for families caring for a child with a disability under the age of one, the benefit increases to 10,500 UAH.
