Customers flood in with complaints against Justin transport company
Not long ago, one of the transport companies operating cargo delivery across Ukraine went bankrupt. Almost immediately, another company, Justin, took its place.

One might think that the presence of competition on the market should be welcomed. Moreover, the cost of transportation proved to be more than acceptable. The company began cooperating with the country's major marketplaces. Initially, delivery was free. Later, the fee increased to 15 hryvnia. In other words, it was significantly lower than that of competitors. As a result, online stores in the country could offer customers more favourable terms. In other words, the final price on the receipt decreased. Turnover increased. And this happened during a surge in infections.

At the same time, online stores gained the ability to purchase receipts online, which also positively impacted convenience. This can be done via this link. In other words, there is no need to leave home or the office for this. The delivery of documents is carried out by the transport company. As a result, contact with other people is minimised.

However, the joy was premature. Within just a few months, marketplace customers began to complain en masse about the level of service provided by Justin. In most cases, the complaints concern the speed of transportation. Often, parcels between cities with populations of over a million take weeks to travel and still fail to reach the recipient. Moreover, the company's branches are closing down, resulting in cargo arriving at a completely different pickup point. Customers are forced to travel across the city to collect their goods.

The customer support service does not respond to the endless complaints from customers at all.

This is far from the only complaint. Their number is growing day by day. The volume of complaints is snowballing. However, Justin makes no attempt to resolve the issues. Marketplaces are forced to intervene in situations periodically. But this does not solve the problems.

How will all this end? Obviously, if Justin does not start working on improving its service level, it will meet the fate of other carriers that have left the market. The main thing is that customers do not lose their money again this time.
