A change in life circumstances can instantly deprive a liable person of the right to a deferment from conscription. The Lviv Regional Territorial Centre for Comprehensive Services for Elderly People and Persons with Disabilities (OTsK ta SP) reported that protection from mobilisation ceases to apply when the legal grounds for exemption from military service disappear.
Particular attention should be paid to financial obligations. Parents of three or more minor children risk losing protection from mobilisation if their arrears in child support payments exceed the amount of payments for three months. In addition, the status of a large family, which grants the right to a deferment, ceases on the day the eldest child reaches the age of 18. This change is immediately recorded in digital databases.
Citizens who care for family members must carefully monitor the validity of their medical documents. The right to exemption from conscription disappears if a child with a disability reaches adulthood or if the medical indications for caring for a wife, husband, parents, or the parents of the other spouse disappear.
The need for constant care is confirmed by a conclusion of the medical-consultative committee in form No. 080-4/o. The validity of this document is limited to one year, so it must be renewed in a timely manner to maintain the status. A similar rule applies to persons whose disability is established for a specific period: ignoring a timely re-examination will lead to the cancellation of the deferment. The only exception is people with a disability established indefinitely.
Recipients of professional, specialist pre-university, or higher education lose their deferment in the event of a change in the format of study. Switching from full-time or dual format to part-time cancels protection from conscription instantly. The same consequences await students who take an academic leave.
Employees who have job protection are protected only until a certain point. The right to a deferment ceases after the expiry of the established period or the early cancellation of the protection. Immunity from conscription is also lost in the following cases:

If the information was entered erroneously, one can apply to the TCC, use the "Correct data online" function, or appeal the decision in the established order.
