Apartment of propagandist Lebedev sold for over UAH 8 million at auction in Kyiv

Results of the sale of sanctioned real estate

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the completion of the auction for the sale of residential property belonging to Russian propagandist Artem Lebedev. The premises are located in the historic centre of Kyiv, on Saksahanskyi Street.

As a result of the bidding, the winning offer amounted to 8,011,000 hryvnias. The starting price of the lot was 7,074,850 hryvnias, meaning the value of the asset increased by 936,150 hryvnias.

The property in question is a two-level residence with a total area of 193.2 square metres. Two bidders competed for the right to purchase this sanctioned asset.
