Inconsistencies in information regarding the executive staff have been recorded on the website of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Among the deputies of Yuriy Konyushenko, the acting head of the department, the names of Oleksandr Shkuropat and Dmytro Ratiyev are currently listed. However, Halyna Vasheka is absent from this list, despite the Cabinet of Ministers approving her appointment as Deputy Head of the Tax Service on 21 October.
Dmytro Ratiyev previously headed the department of the Eastern Interregional Directorate of the DTS, which specialises in working with large taxpayers. The government approved his new appointment on 23 October. It is worth noting that this decision was not accompanied by a wide public announcement in the media.
The situation is complicated by the fact that in another official DTS document dated 27 October, Halyna Vasheka is listed as a Deputy Head with the authority to review taxpayer complaints. Thus, although she has specific powers in one document, her name has disappeared from the main leadership list on the service's website, replaced by Ratiyev.
