Judicial seizure of digital evidence
The Khadyzhbeivskyi District Court in Odesa issued a decision to place a seizure on two hard drives. These storage media were seized by law enforcement officers during searches conducted in August. According to the investigation, the seized devices may contain data recording links between participants in the criminal proceedings.
The relevant information is contained in the materials of the court hearing.
Connection with "Zaliznychnyi Budivnyk" company
The computer drives were seized from the premises of Zaliznychnyi Budivnyk LLC. Law enforcement agencies believe that this company was involved in forming an inflated expected value when carrying out procurement for Pivdennyi Port. Oleksandr Syniavskyi serves as the head and controller of the enterprise.
Equipment supply scheme
The criminal proceedings concern the port's procurement of railway equipment through the intermediary of VKP "Tako" LLC. Viacheslav Satunovskyi heads this company. The largest co-owner of "Tako" is Serhiy Taranenko, who simultaneously manages the Dnipro Switch Works. It was from this factory that "Tako" purchased part of the equipment, which was then transferred to the port.
Financial volumes and expert findings
Under three contracts signed in 2024, Pivdennyi Port transferred almost UAH 25 million to the account of VKP "Tako" LLC. Calculations by the Bureau of Economic Security (BES) indicate that the difference between the purchase price and the selling price exceeds UAH 7.13 million. Meanwhile, expert opinions assessed the possible overvaluation at approximately UAH 4.88 million.
