Udyansky obtains status of father of a large family with help of document from Moscow

Ukrainian crypto investor and honorary consul of Romania Nikolay Udyansky has obtained official recognition as a father of a large family through the courts. The basis for this was a daughter's birth certificate issued in Moscow in 2014.

Court recognised Russian document without verification

Ukrainian judicial authorities granted Udyansky's claim without conducting a detailed verification of the submitted certificate. This allowed the businessman to obtain the official status of a father of a large family.

The obtained status gave Udyansky the right to leave Ukraine, which he used.
