The city is returning to its usual rhythm of life: Kyiv residents have gained access to stable water supply, and a significant portion of residential buildings has already been connected to the centralised heating networks.

Normal operation of infrastructure

Today, 7 November 2026, capital mayor Vitali Klychko confirmed that Kyiv's water supply system is functioning in normal mode. This means that disruptions to water supply in the city have been resolved.

Status of heating connection

In addition to water supply issues, the city head focused attention on the process of starting the heating season. According to him, work on connecting residential buildings to heating is ongoing.

«Наразі теплопостачання подали в 60 відсотків багатоквартирних будинків міста» (Currently, heating has been supplied to 60 percent of the city's apartment buildings), Vitali Klychko emphasised.
