Political context and biographies of key figures
Mykola Martynenko, Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Oleh Berezuk, and Mykola Melnyk are members of the organisation's board. Martynenko previously headed the parliamentary committee on the fuel and energy complex and nuclear policy. In June 2020, the Federal Criminal Court of Switzerland found him guilty of laundering approximately €2.8 million in a case linked to contracts with Czech company Skoda JS. In Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) investigated corruption episodes involving him around Energoatom.
Oksana Zholnovych headed the Department of Social Policy and Healthcare of the Office of the President from 2020 to 2022, and subsequently led the Ministry of Social Policy from July 2022 to July 2025.
Parliamentary sources link her move to the head position at the Razumkov Centre to Arakhamia's political group and the shift in the balance of power following Andriy Yermak's departure.
Arakhamia has headed the Servant of the People faction since 2019, participates in political negotiations, and maintains influence over the parliamentary majority. The Razumkov Centre continues to conduct nationwide polls and publish studies on public sentiment, politicians' ratings, and trust in state institutions.
