A result of 503.17 km/h was recorded in Abu Dhabi, achieved by the Chinese hypercar Yangwang U9 from the BYD brand.

According to journalists, the Yangwang U9 became the first production car to successfully cross the psychological mark of 500 kilometres per hour.
Under the hood (or rather, in the powertrain) of this electric car, a power output of 3,019 horsepower is installed.
