New job for ex-AGP's wife

Data from the electronic declaration submitted by former Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko upon his dismissal indicates that his wife, Oleksandra Kravchenko, has taken up employment at the private enterprise "AGROFIRM 'SVITANNOK'". This company belongs to the family of Tetyana and Anatoliy Zasuh, who, according to the Centre for Countering Corruption (CPC), have close ties to Russia, real estate in the Russian Federation, and Russian passports.

The 2026 declaration states that Oleksandra Kravchenko works at this agro firm. However, the amount of her salary is not specified — the woman did not provide this information to her husband. It is also known that she uses a gas power station owned by "Svitannok".

Zasuh family's ties with Russia

The public anti-corruption organisation CPC provides details regarding the status of the Zasuh family members. Anatoliy Zasuh, who previously held the position of head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, obtained a Russian passport while fleeing to the Russian Federation in 2005. Tetyana Zasuh, a former member of the Verkhovna Rada from the "Party of Regions", owns an apartment on Arbat Street in Moscow and has a Russian tax code.

Their son, Andriy Zasuh, who was a member of the Kyiv Regional Council until 2024, also holds Russian documents. According to CPC data, he possesses an internal Russian passport issued in Lyubertsy in 2008, and a Russian foreign passport issued in September 2015 — already after the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In addition, Andriy Zasuh has a Russian taxpayer identification number, three cars with Moscow number plates, and registration in Moscow in the same building on Novy Arbat as his mother, but in a neighbouring apartment.

Corruption investigation into "Svitannok"

The agro firm "Svitannok", which Tetyana Zasuh founded and headed for decades, is featured in an investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). It concerns the privatisation of approximately 1,000 hectares of land near Kyiv through a fraudulent scheme involving participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO).

In 2018–2019, land plots of the state enterprise "Dmytrivka" of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences near the city of Fastiv were withdrawn from state use and privatised to 462 "ATO participants". Some of them did not even know that land was being registered in their names: people were paid 400 US dollars for signing at a notary.

"Svitannok" bought out all these plots for approximately 3.2 million US dollars. Meanwhile, a NABU expert assessment valued this land at 714.8 million hryvnia, i.e. ten times more. In this case, 12 individuals received suspicion, and the High Anti-Corruption Court has already delivered the first verdict.

It is worth noting that Andriy Zasuh is also the president of the football club "Kolos" (Kovalivka) and held the position of a member of the Kyiv Regional Council from the "Batkivshchyna" party until 2024.
