RF attack on Vinnytsia region energy facilities: one person injured, fire station and market damaged

Night strikes on energy infrastructure

During the night of 7 November 2026, the enemy attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Vinnytsia region. This was announced by Nataliia Zabolotna, head of the regional military-civilian administration.

According to her, one person was injured as a result of the attack. "Вона перебуває у лікарні у важкому стані. Медики надають усю необхідну допомогу" (She is in hospital in critical condition. Medics are providing all necessary assistance), the OVA statement reads.

Damage in Ladyzhyn community

Oleksandr Kolomiets, secretary of the Ladyzhyn city council, reported damage to civilian infrastructure following the shelling. The militants damaged a fire station building and the territory of the local market.

Private cars and one trading kiosk were destroyed by fire. Windows were shattered in the buildings. All relevant services continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the enemy attack.

Power supply disruptions

Due to damage to energy facilities, power supply disruptions are occurring in the region. Energy workers are working to restore it.
