Ukrainian restaurant opens in the US

A restaurant serving traditional Ukrainian cuisine recently opened in the United States. The establishment is located in a prestigious district of New York on Manhattan. Restaurant menu

Currently, volunteers work in the establishment's kitchen in two shifts, preparing traditional Ukrainian dishes by hand. The menu features:

·         Varenyky. Guests can choose varenyky with potato, meat, or seasonal fruits.

·         Borscht. It is served with traditional pampushky (garlic bread rolls).

·         Halushky and other dishes.

Volunteers come to work at the restaurant every day at 7 a.m. to jointly prepare traditional dishes for the visitors in time. The establishment opens its doors at noon. By this time, the chefs have managed to make all the necessary preparations, wrap fresh varenyky to suit any taste, and cook other delicious dishes for the guests.

So far, the restaurant's footfall is relatively low. However, the number of guests is gradually increasing. Among the regulars are not only Ukrainians but also Americans. Many of them have taken a liking to Ukrainian national cuisine, and they come to the restaurant with their whole families, friends, and loved ones.
