139 Ukrainian soldiers freed from captivity

A prisoner exchange took place in Luhansk region this evening. In exchange for 36 DNR and 16 LNR fighters, separatists handed over 139 Ukrainian servicemen, who had been captured during the assault on Debaltseve and Donetsk airport. Another one will be released in the coming days.

In addition, today a severely wounded fighter from the 128th brigade, Vadym Svyrydenko, was transported from Donetsk to the Dnipro hospital.
