Despite losing its licence and facing sanctions, betting company Parimatch continues its operations in Ukraine. The internet is flooded with articles using the SEO keyword "Parimatch вход" (Parimatch login), which direct users to offshore sites, effectively circumventing the bans.

Why is this a problem?

Illegal activity – the company lost its licence but continues to operate without making tax payments.
Direct advertising of a prohibited business – publications with these keywords advertise illegal gambling.
Resource liability – websites hosting such advertising should be subject to fines or blocking.

Who controls the market after the weakening of the CRAIG?

After the loss of powers by the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling (CRAIG), it remains unclear who in the Ukrainian government is responsible for stopping such schemes. Responsibility may fall on the Ministry of Digital Transformation, but effective mechanisms are currently absent.
