Novosibirsk mayor becomes YouTube star

Novosibirsk Mayor Anatoly Lokty became famous worldwide in just a few hours. Thanks to his behaviour, he is now a full-fledged YouTube star.

The city head took the stage during one of the events and, presumably, presented himself as a great stand-up comedian for a few minutes. The official was in a very upbeat mood and delivered a whole ode to narcotic substances.

Following such an inspired speech, a great future is predicted for the mayor. Comments under the video of the official's masterful performance already include forecasts that after leaving his post, he could easily earn extra money as a compère at corporate parties or fill in for Ivan Urgant in his show.
