Komarnytskyi sues Bihus.info journalists

Lawyer Denis Komarnytskyi stated that the journalistic investigation published by Bihus.info is inaccurate and biased. According to him, the investigation materials contain manipulations and distortions of facts, which is why he filed a lawsuit to protect his honour and dignity.

Demands: retraction and compensation

Komarnytskyi insists that the journalists must publicly retract the information presented in the investigation. In addition, he is demanding compensation for moral damages, the amount of which has not yet been disclosed.

Political subtext?

The lawyer hints that there may be a political order behind the investigation. He mentioned the possible involvement of representatives of the Servant of the People party and promised to reveal their names soon.
