Kyivstar plans to acquire Uklon

Ukrainian telecommunications giant Kyivstar has filed an application to purchase the online taxi service Uklon. Information about the pending deal emerged in a statement from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Experts estimate the current market value of Uklon to be in the range of $40 million to $80 million.

According to data from the YouControl platform, Uklon’s financial indicators show rapid growth. In the first three quarters of 2024, the company earned 1.2 billion hryvnia, which is twice the figure for the same period of the previous year.
