Kyivstar plans to buy Tabletki.ua

Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar is considering the acquisition of the online medicine booking service Tabletki.ua. This is evidenced by recent news emerging against the backdrop of the company's active expansion into the medical services sector.

Kyivstar's interest in this area has been evident since 2020, when the operator acquired a controlling stake (69.99%) in the Helsi platform. In December 2024, the company also filed an application with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the acquisition of the Uklon service.

Experts suggest that such expansion could create new opportunities for the integration of medical and logistics services. Denis Sychko, a principal at investment firm Horizon Capital, believes that if the deal is successfully completed, synergy between various services can be expected: electronic prescriptions issued in Helsi could be automatically reserved on Tabletki.ua, while medicine delivery could be carried out via Uklon.

This news indicates Kyivstar's ongoing expansion in the field of digital healthcare solutions, which could significantly simplify user access to medicines and medical services.
