According to data from the Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, Natalya is the owner of two apartments in one of the most prestigious residential complexes in Dnipro — the "Atlant" complex. Each apartment is approximately 78 square metres in size, with a market value estimated at 117,000 dollars. 

Natalya also purchased a parking space within the complex, estimated to cost no less than 20,000 dollars. She acquired all of this in 2020, when her official income was limited to just 823 dollars in unemployment social benefits.

Income and expenses do not match

Natalya Hnatyuk’s income data diverges significantly from her lifestyle. In 2021, her official income was just 27,924 dollars; in 2022, it was only 282 dollars; and in 2023, it was 3,955 dollars. It was only in 2024, after opening her own sole proprietorship (FOP) engaged in design activities, that Natalya earned an income of 157,409 dollars. 

However, even this amount clearly cannot cover the expenses for expensive cars and accessories. It is evident that the funds for such purchases came from hidden sources, which were likely not declared or taxed.

The mystery: who finances the luxurious life?

The question of where Natalya Hnatyuk gets the money for such expensive purchases remains open. Perhaps her 31-year-old husband, Artem Hnatyuk, generously finances her lifestyle. However, according to registry data, he does not run an official business and holds no shares in companies that could generate such income. Meanwhile, Artem himself buys motorcycles, and his current collection consists of three motorcycles worth approximately 29,000 dollars.

Unexplained sources of income

Thus, the Hnatyuk family has become the subject of attention by law enforcement agencies. The question of how young people with virtually no official income can afford elite apartments, cars worth 225,000 dollars, expensive accessories, and motorcycles remains unanswered.
