Family of Recovery Ministry official expanded car fleet during war

The wife of Viktor Sudarev, director of the municipal enterprise "Marine Search and Rescue Service" under the Ministry of Recovery, who is accused of negligence and corruption, unexpectedly acquired a whole fleet of luxury cars and motorcycles. Moreover, all purchases were made on the same day.

Purchases on 8 June 2022:

• Mercedes-Benz G 400 d (2021) — cost 2.4 million UAH;
• Mercedes-Benz S 400 (2018) — 1.41 million UAH;
• Jaguar XKR (2008) — price unknown;
• Harley-Davidson FLHTKSE (2020) — 860,000 UAH;
• Harley-Davidson (2003) — cost also unknown.

Unanswered questions

The official himself did not list any vehicles in his declaration. How exactly he gets around remains a mystery.
