In particular, Z-Solutions call centres operating in the "Grand Step" and "Sapphire" business centres in Kyiv have been deceiving citizens of Ukraine and Europe for several years.
The scammers offer gullible citizens to invest funds in cryptocurrency, stocks, currency and other assets. In reality, the victims receive nothing in return. In this way, the call centres earn millions.
Several hundred employees work in the call centres, making a large number of calls daily and using special scripts to trick people out of their money.
The key figures at Z-Solutions:
Oleksiy Shestopalov: Head of the organisation, drives a Mercedes-Benz S450 (KA6600OH). Lives in the city of Boryspil.
