Criticism of the electoral process

US President Donald Trump once again expressed dissatisfaction with the state of the American electoral system. While speaking with journalists at the White House, he claimed that widespread violations occurred during the voting process.

The situation surrounding Spencer Pratt

The basis for the criticism was the discussion of the elections in Los Angeles and the situation surrounding Spencer Pratt. According to the head of state, he expected Pratt to reach the final stage of voting.

However, according to Trump, after additional votes were counted, the results unexpectedly changed. The President quoted his observations from that moment:

"I watched the elections in Los Angeles — it was simply a disgraceful spectacle. Everyone — including me — was confident that Spencer Pratt would make it to the final. And that participant who was leading or, let's say, winning, suddenly burst into tears saying: 'Oh God, I lost, I lost'. But then, out of nowhere, the necessary votes were found for her to actually move forward," — said Trump. (I watched the elections in Los Angeles — it was simply a disgraceful spectacle. But then, out of nowhere, the necessary votes were found for her to actually move forward, — said Trump.)

Statement on unfairness

After this, the American President declared the elections in the country to be unfair. He emphasised:

"Our elections are so unfair — you cannot even imagine!" (Our elections are so unfair — you cannot even imagine!)

At the same time, Trump did not provide evidence of fraud during his speech.
