British press reveals details of strike plan against the capital

British publication The Telegraph reports that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin issued a direct order to General Sergey Surovikin to destroy bridge crossings over the Dnipro River in Kyiv. This information relates to the Russian side's development of a military strategy against the Ukrainian capital.

"General Armageddon" leads operation preparation

According to journalists, the order was given to Surovikin, often referred to in the media as "General Armageddon", in the context of preparing a Russian military operation against Kyiv. Previously, Surovikin commanded a grouping of Russian forces in Ukraine, after which he was appointed Commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

Critical infrastructure is the target

The publication emphasises that a key element of Russian plans is striking vital infrastructure facilities in Kyiv. Particular attention is paid to the bridges over the Dnipro, which are targeted for strikes.
