Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings donates $2 million to Ukraine

Reed Hastings, one of the founders of streaming giant Netflix, has made a generous contribution to support Ukraine, transferring $2 million.

Where the funds are directed

The financial aid was transferred to the American organisation White Stork ("Белый Аист" / White Stork), which specialises in providing critical support to Ukraine. The organisation is run by US veterans and focuses on assisting military personnel and medics on the front line.

Purpose of the donation

The allocated funds are planned to be spent on purchasing drone countermeasures, as well as other necessary resources to support medical teams operating in the combat zone.
