In her 2025 declaration, she stated an income of 4.91 million hryvnias. It is worth noting that the agency itself does not have legal entity status. The company LLC "Rivnenska Oselia" has been registered since 2006, but has been in a state of liquidation since 2012.
On the dom.ria platform, 39 realtors and over a thousand properties are registered. The commission for services is 2% of the sale amount or half of the monthly rent.
Four employees of the agency have deferments, three of whom are associated with one construction company.
LLC "Kortakoz" is a construction firm from Zdolbuniv, known as the contractor for the reconstruction of the "Avangard" stadium in Rivne. Since 2023, its owners have been Andrii Moshchanetskyi (former head of "Sankom-Rivne"), Oleksii Ohon, Roman Kononchuk (from Zoria), and Viktor Marchuk. The long-time head of the company is Oleksandr Dashkel. The status of a critically important enterprise allows for the deferment of up to 50% of military personnel, including owners. According to YouControl data, the company's staff has grown: 49 people in 2024, 233 in 2025, and 437 in 2026.
LLC "Linford Invest" builds hangars and metal structures and works as a contractor for "Kronospan". The company's staff: 136 people in 2025, 154 in 2026.

In 2025, Pavlo Dovhanych became a co-owner of LLC "Proekt MV2024" (code 45897267). Previously, this firm was owned by Kateryna Shustyk. The company's charter capital initially exceeded 3 million hryvnias, but was later reduced to 146 thousand hryvnias. This firm sold 2 sotkas of land and 100 sq. m of real estate on Serhiia Hlobieva Street (the "Na Shchaslyvomu" area) to Nataliia Shustyk. In her declaration, these assets are valued at 3,417,000 hryvnias.
In May 2026, Dovhanych joined the group of co-owners of LLC "Optimus B" (code 46312489) together with Yuriy Vartosyuk, Volodymyr Hryhorienko, and Roman Shved. The company is registered for construction activities. Yuriy Vartosyuk is the owner of a construction business and an advisor to former Rivne mayor Oleksandr Tretiak on architecture matters. Volodymyr Hryhorienko is a business partner of Yuriy Falchuk (owner of the "Fialka" chain). Roman Shved holds the position of executive director and is a co-owner of the "Ukrteplo" group together with Ivan Nadeienyi.
