During a conflict in the village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in Kyiv Oblast, a woman in medical attire attracted public attention. She arrived at the scene in an emergency medical vehicle bearing the logos of the private entity "Med-Prestizh". According to her, people who need medical assistance are being illegally held in the building, and she is the owner of this medical facility.
Borys Breus, head of the preventive activities department of the Kyiv Oblast police, explained to journalists that this individual was the one who contacted law enforcement and began spreading information about alleged unlawful deprivation of liberty. It was established that this is 49-year-old Valentyna Moloda, who works in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery.
Vehicle status and clinic owner's position
Mykhailo Furman, owner of the limited liability company "Med-Prestizh", stated that his medical facility effectively ceased operations in 2023, although the legal entity was not liquidated. The enterprise previously had five ambulances: one was transferred to the military in Mykolaiv, and the rest were sold.
The vehicle that appeared in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka was the last one sold, in 2024. Furman emphasised that the terms of the agreement required the removal of all company logos from the body.
«Умови продажу були такі, що вони знімуть всі наші “мед-престижівські" логотипи. Вони не мають права їздити з моєю торговою маркою. І представлятися власницею вона теж не має права» (The terms of the sale were that they would remove all our "Med-Prestizh" logos. They have no right to drive with my trademark. And she has no right to present herself as the owner either), Furman noted.
Valentyna Moloda's business interests
According to YouControl database data, Valentyna Moloda is associated with a number of legal entities in the medical sector and aesthetic surgery.
- The limited liability company "Clinic 'Moloda.Ya'" (Unified State Register of Legal Entities code 46261120) was registered in April 2026. Moloda is its director and co-owner with a 75% share in the charter capital.
- The limited liability company "Clinic 'Moloda — Ya'" (Unified State Register of Legal Entities code 45290695) has been in the registers since July 2023. In this company, she is also listed as the head and ultimate beneficiary, holding a 56.25% share.
- In March 2026, the limited liability company "Medical Center 'PRIME'" (Unified State Register of Legal Entities code 46377510) was registered. Valentyna Moloda owns 75% of the shares and holds the position of general director.
In addition to medical companies, she appears as the founder and head of public organisations, including the International Association of Injection Doctors in Aesthetic Medicine and the Svyatoshyn District Federation of Judo and Martial Arts.
Journalist ID and court history
A separate detail is Moloda's possession of an investigative journalist ID from the public organisation "All-Ukrainian Alliance of Citizens of Socio-Patriotic Projects and National Development 'Shoulder to Shoulder'". According to YouControl, she is the founder and representative of this organisation. However, the mere fact of having such an ID does not confirm her professional journalistic status or activity in the media.
It also emerged that in 2020, a criminal case was opened against Valentyna Moloda under Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional minor bodily harm). According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she was wanted. In June 2026, the court released her from criminal liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, which is not a guilty verdict.
The court register also contains materials regarding a road traffic accident in Shydnytsia and an incident at a hotel in Lviv Oblast in 2022.
It is worth noting that the question of the legality of the military's actions and the circumstances of the servicemen's presence in the house remains separate from the story about the ambulance and the woman presenting herself as the clinic owner. Both aspects require separate verification.
